Troy Home Buyers, Warren Home Buyers, Sterling Heights Home Buyers and Detroit Home Buyers are trade names (assumed names) of Oakland Home Buyers LLC.

Oakland Home Buyers LLC, including its trade names, offers text messaging to homeowners who request information about selling their property. There are two separate, optional programs:

Property inquiry messages (conversational): messages about your property inquiry, such as follow-up questions, scheduling a walkthrough, and updates about an offer.
Marketing messages: occasional messages about our home-buying services. These may be sent using automated technology.

Messages may identify us as Oakland Home Buyers or by the trade name you responded to (for example, Warren Home Buyers). These SMS Terms apply to all of our trade names.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the box for the program(s) you choose on our website forms (each box is unchecked by default), by agreeing to text messages on one of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting an offer or of any purchase. We keep a record of your consent.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also contact us using the details below to opt out.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
